Kyl: Leave the health care industry alone!
Remember that little mishap last September when the global financial system almost disintegrated and the American banksters were responsible? Didn’t it fail because no one was watching? Well, Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) thinks that is a great model for the health care industry.
“The health insurance industry is one of the most regulated industries in America,” said Sen. Jon Kyl (R., Ariz.) on the Senate floor Monday. “They don’t need to be ‘kept honest’ by the government.”
Hmm, I wonder if the $6,515,330 the health care industry and lobbyists have given Sen. Kyl (2006 – 2010) has anything to do with his perspective?
Graham, Kyl Decide on Sotomayor
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) will vote to confirm Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court. His tag-team buddy on the Judiciary Committee, Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ), will not.
Graham, after being rude, obnoxious, condescending, and belittling in the confirmation hearings said that Sotomayor was the “most qualified nominee to the Supreme Court in decades.” We’re surrounded by hypocrites.
